| Ancora Pasta prides itself on producing fresh, dried, and frozen artisanal pasta the way it has been made for generations: by hand. At least five different types of frozen ravioli and two types of fresh pasta are brought to each market. All pasta is made with organic/natural products, and all ravioli are produced with local ingredients found from farmers, cheese makers, and other purveyors right at the Bath Farmers' Market. Special orders are welcomed.
